Chicken Broccoli Bake

Terri Howells demonstrated this dish at the January 2009 enrichment night.

4 cooked chicken breast, chopped or shredded with salt and pepper
2 C washed broccoli
½ red bell pepper chopped
1-2 cloves pressed garlic
2-3 C shredded cheese (I like sharp)
¼ to ½ c mayo
2 tsp dill
1 package of crescent rolls

Preheat oven to 375. Assemble all ingredients into large bowl. Use just the tops of the broccoli chopped fine and don’t pre-cook any of the veggies. Mix well. Use a round pan or a 9X13. Arrange rolls in the bottom of the pan with the larger end of the triangle on the bottom of the pan. Form a circle in the bottom of the pan with the points fanning out and around the pan. Pour the chicken mixture into the center and bring each point on the roll to the center to meet on the top. Bake for 20 min or until the cheese is good and melted. Serve with Salad.

Getting Started!

Welcome Vista First Ward Relief Society sisters and friends! We are finally getting our blog started. We hope this can be a place for you to connect with the other sisters, find uplifting messages, share funny stories and find out what's happening in the ward.

If you would like to share anything on this blog (pictures, stories, vacation updates, recipes, good news, anything at all!) please email what you have to:

This is definitely a working project and we need your help to make it a fun place for the ward sisters to visit. Check back often as we will hopefully be updating weekly!
