New Sister in our Relief Society!

We would like to welcome Katie Wood and her family to our ward! They moved here from the Los Angeles area about 1 month ago. Her husband has the coolest job ever-as he is a Lego builder for Legoland! He landed the job through a contest that he became a finalist in. They have a son named Carter, who is enjoying the nursery. She works two days a week back up in Los Angeles as a paralegal, and grandma, who also lives up there gets to babysit! She likes to scrapbook--yea! We are so glad to have them join our ward family and know Katie will be a great asset to our Relief Society!

Pioneer Day Celebration

Here is our amazing coordinator Carol Kelly and her sidekick Victoria!
You did a great job Carol!!

The highlight of the activity was the beautiful replica of the Nauvoo Temple that the members of the Fourth Ward constructed. It was magnificent and the attention to detail was amazing! They had sun stone all the way around the temple and the inside was beautifully decorated. Even came complete with an angeol Moroni! They worked long and hard and it was enjoyed by all.

Doing their best to keep us prepared are Jean Moore, Claudia Smith and Gigi Lukenga

Our own experty quilters! Jan Whitaker, Terri Tinling, and Janice Vance

Cute Pioneer kids!!! They helped the YW and their leaders make butter!

Dutch Oven cooking with Keith and Cindy Griffiths along with Lindsay Zeltner-if you thought you were hot there, they were working with HOT coals!!!

Cole Gemmel

Cole was born on June 9th 2009 at 9:23 am via c-section.

Cole is a happy baby who loves to , eat, sleep, talk, and poop.
We are excited to have him in our family and look forward to the
many memories we will make together.
Congratulations to the growing Gemmel family!!

Also, another application is Mormon Channel, and this one is FREE. It's Mormon Radio where you listen to audio of the Conferences, magazines, & Listen to the scriptures.Thought I'd let you know in case anyone out there had a device compatible with these apps."
